Objective:

Develop a new 5-10 minute tailored call guide for the Warm Welcome Call. 

The Warm Welcome call is an initiative designed to aid patients earlier in the treatment journey (~Day 2 after enrollment). Its main goal is to provide clarity on who’s who (i.e., CarePath Care Coordinator, Specialty Pharmacy, Companions) and the next steps in their treatment journey.
